He began his career at KHA in 1999. Chad received his bachelor of science from Kansas State University and his master’s in health services administration from the University of Kansas. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Kansas Association of Health Care Executives. He also is actively involved with the American Hospital Association, National Rural Health Association, and the Kansas Society of Association Executives.

In addition, she has expertise in program development with a focus on quality and outcomes management in a regulatory environment. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, including her children and grandchildren; boating, camping, and riding motorcycles.
