This collaborative initiative between KHDE and KHC will feature a four-part series of sessions focused on building knowledge and confidence in improving antibiotic stewardship practices. Each session has been approved for 1 nursing and 1 pharmacy credit hour. There is no cost to participate.
Target Audience
Pharmacists, nurse leaders, clinicians, quality leaders, infection preventionists, antibiotic stewardship team members.
