The Kansas PTN Annual Learning Event is a one-day program available at no charge for participating practices of Kansas PTN and is approved for Continuing Education Credits.

The event features practice transformation stories from local Kansas practices, including Coffeyville Regional Medical Center, WesleyCare Family Medicine, and Family Health Care Clinic of Lindsborg.

Special presentations will be hosted by nationally recognized speakers, including Tom Evans, MD, President and CEO, Compass Practice Transformation Network; Justin Moore, MD, Health ICT; Patricia Meier, MD Regional Director, Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services; and Kady Reese, MPH, CPHQ, Compass Practice Transformation Network. Additional presentations will feature Eric Cook-Wiens, Data and Measurement Manager, Kansas Healthcare Collaborative; and KHC's team of Quality Improvement Advisors.

We welcome all members of the health care team eager to focus on the quality of care their organization provides to patients.  This may include providers, nurses, group practice administrators, practice managers, quality improvement managers, and information and technology support staff.

Lunch is included with your registration.
