The Kansas Healthcare Collaborative (KHC) Blog is written by Kendra Tinsley, KHC Executive Director, and invited guest authors to advance discussion about quality improvement and measurement strategies in Kansas.

KHC is committed to the development and implementation of a state-based strategy to improve care delivery and health outcomes for all Kansans. Results-oriented and performance-based strategies require conversation and sense-making of initiatives, activities, and goals of multiple parties; from payers to consumers to clinicians.

Health care transformation isn't an easy endeavor. Generating thoughtful conversation based on the latest research, advances, and viewpoints from around Kansas and the country is a way to move Kansas forward. KHC invites you to join in the transformation conversation and provides the blog postings as a way to start the conversation about how to position Kansas as a leader in health care transformation, a local, holistic and thoughtful transformation rooted in the values reflecting the people and clinicians who call Kansas home.
